    This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and sauna. The staff helped me find a local taxi on my first stay, which showed their care. I highly recommend the Bavarian Beer Garden for authentic food! I'm excited to return for Christmas.

    Great and terrific place, courteous staff with excellent service. Great location, restaurants and cafes walk from the hotel. Walking distance to shopping centres and supermarkets across the street.

    Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)

    I stayed for two nights and was thrilled with the spacious Superior King Room, where my family fit comfortably. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options. The kids' amenities are a thoughtful touch, and the staff's friendly service. A good mix of comfort and care awaits you!

    The hotel is very near to the subway and easily access to all tourist point

    I can't complaint of anything but unfortunately my washroom was clot and water is not able to drain properly. On the third second day, the shower even leak and the water kept running. What a waste!

    Can just recommend for exploring town

    Fine room, fine view, the executive room with a kingsize bed offered a great view of the Liangma River and had excellent amenities including a variety of TV channels and shower.

    Couldn't ask for more.

    The reasons I'm conflicted

    The location is really good, providing easy access to nearby shopping areas and the tranquil Yansha river. Staff are attentive, offering excellent service and a delicious breakfast buffet with diverse options!

    The hotel's management appears disorganized. I've witnessed guests smoking indoors despite reports, and the bathroom cleanliness needs serious attention, with old smells and maintenance issues persisting. Very disappointing!

    Perfect and fairly clean place offers amazing breakfast and unbeatable location back to the international airport. The superior twin room is functional, we also liked amazing views. Extremely helpful personnel is with excellent service. Great to have a signature restaurant on the premises.

    Had a wonderful stay with my family and loved the indoor pool and gym facilities. The breakfast had great variety, offering both Western and Chinese options. A minor hiccup was the hot water. it was a bit lukewarm, but we hardly noticed with all the fun we had! 😊

    Hi in my opinion the hotel is a bit expensive. If you ask the guest to pay 300 eur for one night and additionally you ask him to pay for breakfast its sth strange in my opinion. The worst thing is that there are no food options. All of them are extreamly expensive. Glass of wine 10 eur. Location good for everyone coming by plane. To the others I dont recomend...
